This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to any Mama looking to get started, work towards a goal or just move her body more.

Bring your family or yourself to these runs! We will have milage and pace options for you! Walk, jog or run!
You do not need to be a FIT4MOM member or Run Club trainee to participate in these runs!

Mother's Day -Family Fun Run 5K Free No purchase required to enroll
We are celebrating YOU and motherhood today! Join us a SUPER fun run! This is our favorite event of the year! We will have goodie bags and raffle prizes!
Please arrive by 7:15a at the latest to get set up, drop off donations and receive your raffle tickets!

Stroller if you're running with your kiddo
Wear athletic attire and shoes
Water
Snacks for you and your kiddo

Get an EXTRA raffle ticket for bringing:

Description
This race is a costumed 5k trail run/walk and Kids Dash.
Paid registration includes a t-shirt featuring our iconic Monster (all races) and bib with timing chip (5K only).
Jogging strollers welcome! Humans and little monsters only though, please leave pets at home.
Kids Zone featuring games, activities, and prizes!
All proceeds go to support South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools!
